Introduction

This soup is soooo good. You eat it as a meal with chop stix and a spoon. This soup is soooo good. You eat it as a meal with chop stix and a spoon.

Ingredients

    1Tbsp sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic choped
    2 Tbsp fresh ginger choped
    6 cups chicken broth
    2 Tbsp soya sauce or tamari
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp flaked peppers or 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
    2 cups frozen vegetables
    1 1/2 cup cooked chicken or cooked shrimps
    1 cup rice vermicelle
    2 cups bean sprouts
    1/2 cup fresh coriander choped

Directions

Cook the garlic and ginger in the sesame oil for a couple of minutes. Addthe chicken broth, soya sauce, lemon juice and the hot peppers or tabasco. Bring to a boil. Add the frozen veggies and cook for 10 to 15 minutes till tender. Add the chicken or shrimps, the vermicelle and cook for about 3 minutes till the vermicelle is done.
When serving add some bean sprouts and coriander in each bowl.
