    20 oz raw lean ground turkey
    1/2 c plain bread crumbs
    1 T Italian seasoning
    1 T minced onion
    1 T garlic powder
    1 egg


Preheat oven to 350.

Line a cookie sheet with foil and put an oven-proof cooling rack on top. Mix ingredients together and shape into 34 ping pong ball-sized meatballs and place on cooling rack. Bake for 15 minutes.

Makes 34 meatballs = 34 servings
