Homemade Pizza

Ingredients

Weis Pizza Sauce, 0.50 cup (remove)
Sorrento reduced fat mozarella 1 oz, (30g), 8 oz (remove)
Dough:
Water, tap, 0.75 cup ( between 90-100 degree F)
*Canola Oil, 2.0 tbsp
*Flour, white, 2.0 cup
Granulated Sugar, 0.5 tsp
Salt, 0.5 tsp
*Hodgson Mill Fast Rise Yeast, 1.5 ts[
Directions
Place water in bottom of bread machine . Add canola oil.
Add Flour. then sprinkle salt and sugar on top of flour. Carefully make a well and then add yeast.
Program bread machine for Dough and hit start.
WHen Dough is done..remove from pan and place on Floured surface. Knead for 1 minute and then let sit for 15.
Roll dough out to fit 12 or 14 -inch pizza pan. Place dough into greased pan which has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Press dough into pan, forming an edge. Let dough rise in warm, draft-free place for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, then top with favorite mean, toppings and shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 425 degrees F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned on top. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting
