Low Calorie Zucchini Bread Muffins

Low Calorie Zucchini Bread Muffins

Introduction

These are a great tasting low calorie snack. These muffins are not only low in calories but they are low in sugar with 3.1 grams of sugar in eachone.

If you would rather use 1 Cup Of splenda and 1 cup of Sugar the calories per muffin end up being 213.

I also like to add Walnuts and that makes the calories on each muffin 215.
