3 lb rump roast (or other)
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
2 Tablespoons Oregano
3 Medium Carrots, peeled
Combine all spices and rub roast.
Place roast in a large crock pot, add carrots.
Cook on low 8 hours.
