Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 9" frozen deep disk pie crust
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup Corn Syrup
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped pecans
    3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Makes 6-8 servings
Beat eggs, add sugar, stir in syrup, salt, and vanilla. Mix in pecans and melted butter. put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. if center of pie is soft, it will be firm when cold.
