Fried Bananas

Introduction

This is an adaptation of the Hungry Girl Recipe with sugar instead of splenda and redi whip instead of cool whip. This is an adaptation of the Hungry Girl Recipe with sugar instead of splenda and redi whip instead of cool whip.

Ingredients

    1 banana
    2 tsp sugar
    1 t cinnamon
    20 grams Fiber One cereal
    1 T light cream cheese
    3 T cool whip free or Reddi Whip

Directions

Blend the cereal and the cinnamon together. Cut the banana in half and then cut each half lengthwise twice so you have 3 slices. Dredge in the cereal mixture and place in a non stick pan. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, mix the sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping. Serve bananas with the dip,
