Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken

Introduction

Crispy tasty and easy to prepare chicken legs. Super tasty! Crispy tasty and easy to prepare chicken legs. Super tasty!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Legs (12 oz.)
    1 Egg
    1/8 C 2% Milk
    1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper
    1/8 C Melted Butter

Directions

Mix egg and milk. Mix dry ingredients. Dip each leg in egg mixture and then in dry mixture. Place on greased pan, not touching and drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Salad for a low calorie meal.
Yield: 2 Chicken Legs per serving
