Introduction

Delicious mini pumpkin cheesecakes are just enough to enjoy but not too much to ruin your progress!!! Delicious mini pumpkin cheesecakes are just enough to enjoy but not too much to ruin your progress!!!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
    Weight Watchers Cream Cheese Reduced Fat, 12 oz
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Cornstarch, .0625 cup (1tbsp)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    fat free sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup
    18 paper baking cups
    Pumpkin Pie spices

Directions

Mix softenend cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, condensed sweetened milk blending thoroughly. Add Pumpkin Pie spices and blend thoroughly.

Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes until it is just set then chill in the fridge for 1 hour and garnish as desired.

Makes 16 servings
