* Protein Technologies International ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate, 1 oz (remove)
2. Gather your desired ingredients
3. Start your smoothie with a liquid base.
4. Add your desired fruit
5. (Optional- you may add extra vitamins, protein or other enhancements if you chose) I added some vegetarian protein powder.
6. Blend until smooth. (You can add more liquid if needed)
