Ingredients

    * Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    * Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * *Peaches, fresh, .5 cup slices (remove)
    * Raspberries, .5 cup (remove)
    * Pineapple Juice, 1 cup (remove)
    * Protein Technologies International ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

1. Make sure your blender is clean

2. Gather your desired ingredients

3. Start your smoothie with a liquid base.

4. Add your desired fruit

5. (Optional- you may add extra vitamins, protein or other enhancements if you chose) I added some vegetarian protein powder.

6. Blend until smooth. (You can add more liquid if needed)

7. Enjoy!
