Introduction

MMM waffles with lots of protein MMM waffles with lots of protein
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Weight Control, Banana Bread, 2 serving (remove)
    *cottage cheese - Daisy Low Fat, 0.67 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, .75 tsp (remove)
    Egg white, 6 serving (remove)
    pinch salt
    splenda (optional)

Directions

Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.

Add oatmeal, salt, splenda, and powder and blend well, adding 2 egg whites to blender when needed to help mix.

In other bowl ( I used kitchen aid) whip 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form, fold oatmeal in to whites. (I whipped it after and it worked well)

Cook on well greased waffle iron for a little longer than regular waffles, serve with sugar free syrup or fruit and whipped cream (not included in nutritional info) Makes 3 waffles on my iron...ENJOY!!!
