Ingredients

    8 oz (0.5 C) Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    0.5 C pumpkin puree
    1 t pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves)
    1 t stevia, splenda, other sweetener

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
