Robin's SDT Pasta

Introduction

Got this from boyfriend's mother. It is one of my absolute favorites. It is great to eat with roasted vegetables. Got this from boyfriend's mother. It is one of my absolute favorites. It is great to eat with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

    Onions, Garlic, Sundried Tomatos, Tomato Paste, White Cooking Wine, Goat cheese, Orzo

Directions


Makes 3 servings - Takes about 20 minutes to make including prep time.

Heat 2T oil from SDT jar over medium heat. Add onion and saute 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and saute one minute. Add tomato paste and cook two minutes, stir constantly. Add drained SDT and wine and reduce by half (2 minutes). Meanwhile, cook noodles, drain and reserve 1/2 cup of liquid. Use liquid to moisten the sauce if it got too dry (you can also use more wine). Sprinkle with goat cheese and enjoy!
