3 large chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup - 98% fat free
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can 15oz great northern beans
chili peppers - canned or fresh
quantity depends on how much heat you want
2 soups cans of water
Cook chicken throughly and shred
add all ingredients to pot and heat to a boil then simmer on low for 20 minutes to mingle the flavors
I use a pizza cutter to cut a regular whole wheat tortilla and bake on 400 for 10 minutes. Tortilla calories and nutrition not included in the recipe. 1/2 of one tortilla is pleanty for a one cup serving os soup.
