Introduction

I had a craving for chili and used what I had available in the house. I had a craving for chili and used what I had available in the house.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
    * Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)
    * Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    * Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix - per 1 1/3 TBSP Dry Mix - 4 servings per packet, 1 serving (remove)
    # Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)

Directions

Soak beans for a few hours then rinse. Cook the ground beef and onion and rinse off excess fat. Put everything in a large pot and water to cover and et simmer for 3 hours. Taste as it cooks and add spices as needed.
