Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    600 grams frozen peas
    homemade chicken stock - fat skimmed off
    6 cups boiled tap water
    2 onions chopped
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

makes 6 portions
cook onion and garlic in a heavy pan for 5 mins
Add water, chicken stock and bring to boil
Add peas and simmer for 10 minutes
remove from heat and blend with stick blender - season to taste
