Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    one medium onion
    4 carrots chopped
    4 medium potatoes - diced
    1.5 c mixed veg.
    1 can condensed beef broth
    2 T worchester sauce
    1 T garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp salt and pepper

Directions

brown beef and onions
add beef broth and spices
add approx 8 cups of water
add rest of vegetables
bring to boil and simmer for about an hour
