Chili with lean sirloin

Ingredients

    *Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 1 lb.
    *Tomato juice, with salt added, 32 fl oz
    *Tomatoes,, canned, 1 can
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Olive oil, 1 tbsp.

Directions

Put sirloin in a plastic collander placed in a glass bowl and microwave until brown--about 2-3 minutes.
Saute onion and celery in the olive oil.
Add all ingredients to your crockpot and cook on low for about 7 hours.
