Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    20 low fat oreo cookies
    1/4 cup fat free sour cream
    1 package light cream cheese
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. PREHEAT OVEN to 325 F.
2. Place 15 of the cookies in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove as much air as possible ans seal bag. Crush cookies with rollin gpin. PLace crumbs in medium bowl. Add butter, mix well. Press firmly into bottom of pie plate.
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in bowl with mixer until well blended. ADd sour cream, mix well. Add egg whites and mix well. Chop remaining 5 cookies and add them to cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust and sprinkle with rest of cookies.
4. Bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 6 pieces.
Makes 6 servings.
