Ingredients



    * Onions, raw, 100 grams (remove)
    * Brannans extra lean mince, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    * sweet potatoe fried, 200 gram(s) (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 65 grams (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 170 grams (remove)
    * Zucchini, 200 grams (remove)
    * Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 75 grams (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 10 grams (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Tomato Paste, 25 grams (remove)
    2 cloves garlic
    oregeno , basil & pepper to taste


Directions

Turn oven on 180
In processor , thick grate all veges
add to bowl with mince & herbs mix together
in a sm bowl lightly beat egg & mix in parmeson & paste then add to mince mixture
stir in breadcrumbs to well combined
spray loaf tin with oil , the press in mixture
cover with foil cook for 40 minutes, remove foil drain off any extra liquid
cook uncovered for additional 20-30mins till juices run clear.
let rest for 10mins
can serves with salad, and salsa sauce
