Mock Goulash w/ Ground Turkey

Introduction

This is a quick and easy stove top caserole with either ground beef or turkey. This is a quick and easy stove top caserole with either ground beef or turkey.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey (93/7)
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp ground pepper
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tbl Granulated Garlic
    1/2 tsp Granulated Onion
    2 cans Campbell Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
    4 tbl Sour Cream
    6 Servings Egg Noodles

Directions

1. Brown Ground Turkey
2. While Browing, add spices and mix in
3. Drain
4. Add 2 Cans Golden Mushroom Soup, bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer for 15 Minutes
5. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
6. Add Sour Cream to meat mixture and stir in completely
7. Drain Noodles and return to pot.
8. Pour Meat mixture into noodles and mix
9. Top with Grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
