No Cook Protein Bar II

Ingredients

    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp (remove)Quaker Quick Oatmeal (uncooked), 2 cup (remove)
    Almond Butter, 8 tbsp (remove)
    1/4 cup water
    Whey Protein; KAIZEN, Vanilla Icecream, 4 serving (remove)

Directions

Spray an 8 inch square pan with non-stick spray.In a bowl, combine ingredients. Press into pan and freeze for an hour or refridgerate overnight, until squares can be cut. Wrap individually.
