Panko Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

2 - 4 oz Tilatia filets
1/4 cup - Panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp - olive oil
2 tsp - wasabi sauce (any variety) Not included in calorie counter
Directions
Pour panko bread crumbs into wide bowl & add seasoning to your liking. I used McKormick's Parmesean & Herb. Mix well.
On low setting, heat olive oil in frying pan.
Coat each side of filet with bread crumbs then place in frying pan.
Cover & increase heat. Cook on each side (about 3 minutes each side, depending on individual stove)
Serve with wasabi sauce (for taste) vegtables & baked potatoe for a complete delisious meal!
