Very easy, fast, light and tasty! Very easy, fast, light and tasty!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Canola oil (1 tbsp)
    1 Onion
    6 chicken drumsticks
    4 medium zucchini
    1 large red bell pepper
    1 small can of diced tomatoes
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Directions

Satuee onions with canola oil. Add chicken and fry until brown on all sides. Add zucchini, pepper, diced tomatoes and spices. Cover and cook for about 45 minutes, until zucchini is soft and chicken is cooked.
