1/2 cup frozen peas
1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed, cut into 3 cm pieces
1/2 cup basil leaves & 2 Tbl chopped basil
Grated zest & juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of caster sugar
Place the orzo, peas, asparagus and basil in a large bowl. Whisk the lemon zest, juice, olive oil and sugar together then pour over the orzo and gently toss. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
