Introduction

Lower fat recipe. This no-bake recipe makes 2 pies. The pies are best served frozen. Lower fat recipe. This no-bake recipe makes 2 pies. The pies are best served frozen.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
    1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1 cup reduced fat peanut butter
    1 cup skim milk
    1 (16 ounce) package fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
    2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts

Directions

1. Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
2. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Spoon into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm.

OPTIONAL: Top pie with chocolate chips.

  • WOW I thought, a peanut butter pie and only 95 calories per serving WOW but that is just the peanut butter NOT another ingredient has the nutritional info listed. Please proof your recipes better before posting. PLEASE - 10/8/10
