Introduction

After years of trying every bodies stuffing or dressing,
I discovered a perfect solution that everyone will enjoy.

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Four cups of bread cubes baked in the oven till dried(200 degrees)
    One sleeve of club crackers
    One package of corn bread mixture prepared and cooked
    1/2 of celery stalk cut up to fine
    One large onion cut up to fine
    2 large eggs
    one container of chicken or turkey stock
    2 sticks of butter
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Poultry seasoning to taste
    1/2 can of mincemeat

Directions

Cut up celery and onion and pace in a 12 inch sleeve with one stick of butter. Saute until onions and celery are translucent.
add poultry seasoning salt and pepper and shut off heat.
In a large bowl crumble crackers bread cubes and corn bread Now add the onions and celery add two eggs which
you have beaten and the mincemeat. Now you can add the stock and mix the ingredients to a correct state. Place ingredients in a casserole dish and place in the oven at 325
degrees until finished.

This will serve 12 to 15 .
