Introduction

This recipe originated in a Family magazine, but my friend, Lori, made it more "figure friendly." Decadent, even with reduced fat ingredients! This recipe originated in a Family magazine, but my friend, Lori, made it more "figure friendly." Decadent, even with reduced fat ingredients!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 8oz cream cheese, low fat
    1/2 C brown sugar
    1 C peanut butter, reduced fat
    1/2 cup milk, reduced fat
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 8oz container Cool Whip lite
    *combine above ingredients with mixer.
    *with a spatula stir in half the Cool Whip, then fold in
    the other half.
    *Pour into:
    1 prepared graham cracker crust, reduced fat

Directions

Do not bake. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Garnish with Hershey's chocolate syrup (lite).
