Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough Hummus

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas
    1.5 tablespoons cashew butter
    1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp canola oil
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp vanilla extract
    1.5 tablespoons maple syrup
    1/4 c. dried cherries-- 2 tbsp. soaked in hot water, 2 tbsp. left dry and cut in half
    3 tbsp quick oats
    1 tbsp flaxseed

Directions

puree everything in the blender EXCEPT 2 tbsp of the oats, and the cut in half cherries. then stir those in. that's all!
