1 large egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup oil
Add the rest of the oil, a little quicker now, with the motor still running. Blend just until oil is incorporated. Transfer may to a clean container with a lid.
Will keep in the refridgerator for two weeks.
Makes 1 cup.
