T's Artichoke Dip

Introduction

Super yummy and good with a crusty bread toasted in the oven - no oil or butter on the bread needed. Or some Rice and Azukai Bean chips from Trader Joes or on soft Sourdough bread. Ingredients

    Artichokes canned - 15 ounces (drained and rinsed)
    Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp
    Kirklands Pecorino Romano Cheese, 1 oz shredded inside
    Kirklands Pecorino Romano Cheese, 1 oz shredded on top
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop drained and rinsed Artichoke hearts
Mix in softened cream cheese and romano cheese and salt and pepper.
Put into dish to bake at 360 degrees F and top with the remaining 1 ounce of cheese.
