Crock Pot Provencal Chicken (tweeked from Chef Meg's)

Ingredients

    2 chicken breast
    1 cup sliced red onion
    1 cup sliced bell pepper
    1 can great northern beans drained
    1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
    1 tbsp italian seasoning
    salt and pepper

Directions

Place chicken in bottom of crock pot, skin side up. Add seasoning, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and beans. Top with red onion and bell pepper. Cook on high until juices run clear. About 5 hours for me.
