Slow Cooker Autumn Chicken

Ingredients

    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
    10oz baby bella mushrooms, halved
    20 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 (6.5 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
    3/4C White Wine (I used Holland House Cooking Wine)
    1/2 C Balsamic Vinaigrette (I used 5 TBS balsamic vinegar and 3 TBS Olive oil with some seasoning)

Directions

Layer in the slow cooker:
whole artichokes
half of the mushrooms
chicken
marinated artichokes-with liquid
remaining mushrooms
Pour in wine and vinaigrette

Cover, cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve over egg noodles (not included) and garnish with paprika if desired.
