*Tilapia, 7 oz (2 filets)
Parmesan Cheese,shredded, .25 cup
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
Bake Tilapia on 400 for 10 minutes. Spread mayonnaise onto the baked Tilapia, and then cover the fish with parmesan. Return the covered Tilapia to the oven and broil until the parmesan is melted and golden brown on top.
