IntroductionReally quick and tasty! Really quick and tasty!
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Peach Yogurt (You can lower the cal. by using lite, I didn't because I'm against aspartame.)
1/2 cup Non-fat milk
2Tb. Canola oil
1 Tb. Sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon (I use a little more than that)
1/2 cup chopped peaches (fresh or canned and well drained.)
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir 'til blended, may be a little lumpy.
Stir in chopped peaches.
Cook on a hot griddle 'til golden on both sides.
makes about 6 - 4" pancakes.
