Introduction

Kinda like the inside of a pot pie Kinda like the inside of a pot pie
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 small head Cauliflower
    1.5 cups frozen peas
    2 oz white wine
    1 can Amy's cream of mushroom soup
    .5 cup reduced fat sour cream
    pinch red pepper
    pinch black pepper
    pinch smoked paprika

Directions

Chop cauliflower into small pieces
Brown turkey in large skillet over medium heat
Remove from pan
spray pan with a bit of olive oil and deglaze with wine
add chopped cauliflower and cook for 5-6 minutes
add frozen peas
add soup, sour cream and meat
season with salts and peppers
