Beef Stew

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp Pepper

    1 Beef Steaks (cubed)
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1.5 Medium Carrots
    3 Medium Potatoes
    2 Celery Ribs
    1/2 Onion
    2 cups water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 Tablespoons flour
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine flour and pepper in a bag toss with beef to coat in flour and pepper mixture.

Brown steak cubes in pot with olive oil. Add chopped vegetables cooking for a few minutes on medium heat. Add water and bouillon cube. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are done. Mix flour, 1/2 cup of flour, and salt in pepper in a jar shaking to combine. Pour into stew pot to thicken allow to cook for five minutes and serve.

Serve with Baking Powder Biscuits.
