Ingredients

    1 fresh egg, medium size
    2 TBS Pace Chunky Salsa
    1 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese (not cheese product) broken up into 1" peices.
    1 TBS water
    Pam spray

Directions

Beat egg with water, this helps the egg to really blend.

Spray small fry/ometl pan with Pam, pour egg in pan over medium heat. Slightly tip and roll pan to get egg to cover the bottom of the pan. Let egg set up some, then add the salsa and cheese to one half/sidef or the egg. With a heat proof spatula, gently go under the plain side of the egg, making sure all the edges are loose and fold in half. Let cook until egg is cooked to your desired doneness.
