Broccoli Rabe with Shrimp

Ingredients

    2 bunches broccoli rabe, cleaned and trimmed
    1 T. extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 t red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. vegetable broth
    6 large shrimp (5.5 oz)
    4 cl garlic, minced

Directions

Put broccoli rabe in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain well.

Heat oil in pan, add garlic, fry 30 sec. Add salt, pepper and broth and bring to boil, cook 3 min. Add shrimp until cooked (~1 min), then add broccoli rabe. Heat until warm (1-2 min). Squeeze lemon over it (opt)
