Ingredients

Bottom layer: grind 1.5 cups walnuts with 3 tbsp butter and 1 tsp Vanilla Creme liquid splenda. Spread in bottom of 9.5" Springform pan.
Filling:
4 - 8oz pks cream cheese (in microwave for 2 min @ 50%
1 cup Splenda
5 eggs
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Bottom layer: grind 1.5 cups walnuts with 3 tbsp butter and 1 tsp Vanilla Creme liquid splenda. Spread in bottom of 9.5" Springform pan. Place in 350 dregree over for 10 min.
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 2 min at 50%. Add 1 cup Splenda, blend thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, blending after each addition. Add 1 TBSp lemon juice. Blend well. Pour over crust.
Cook for 15 min at 350.
Lower temp to 200 and cook for another 75 min.
Cool in over with door ajar.
Remove and place in refrigerator, covered.
