    Egg whites (1 serving or 2 egg whites)
    Fat Free American Cheese
    Mushrooms (fresh or canned)

Directions

Makes one serving

Cook the eggs in a microwaveable dish (about 50 seconds in my microwave). Put the cheese on top of the eggs (it will melt by itself)

Add cooked or warmed up canned mushrooms, if desired.
