Ingredients

    1.5 cup 2% milk
    1 - 15 oz can pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1 box Jello no fat, no sugar cheesecake pudding mix
    pumpkin pie spice to taste

Directions

Stir the milk and pudding mix until well mixed, then add the whole can of pumpkin, add pumpkin pie spice to tase. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
