Low Fat Lasagna

Ingredients

    9 pieces Dreamfield's lasagna noodles
    16 oz extra lean ground beef
    3 cups fat free shredded mozzerella
    15 oz Fat free ricotta cheese
    2 cans Giant whole no salt tomatoes
    1 can Giant tomato paste
    1 cup canned mushrooms
    1 cup Onions and peppers

Directions

Cook lasagna noodles
Brown ground beef and add onions and peppers, cook until soft
Mix tomatoes and paste in food processor to make sauce. Add Italian seasonings and garlic to taste
Layer 1 cup sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 of ricotta, half beef, 1 cup sauce, 1 cup mozzerella, 3 noodles, 1/3 rocotta, 1 cup mozzerella, 1 cup sauce, 3 noodles, rest of ricotta, rest of meat, rest of sauce, rest of mozzerella.

Cover with foil and bake 45 mins @375. Remove foil and bake for 10 mins.
Let stand 10 mins before cutting.
