Introduction

Ingredients

    19 lb turkey
    oven bag
    1 T flour
    1 large onion cut in large chunks and put in turkey plus 3 stalks celery cubed large.
    Turkey seasoning.
    2 T butter to spread on turkey and make seasonings stick.

Directions

Putting a turkey in at 9:15 if it is a thawed 19 lber that has sat out since 7 am gets done right at 1:00 if not stuffed and if in an oven bag which speeds cooking. Cut through oven bag so turkey browns last 30 mins. Can also raise heat to 375 last half hour if you are heating up other dishes fast.
