Oatmeal Pancakes

Introduction

Hearty Healthy Breakfast....One pancake is all you'll need! Hearty Healthy Breakfast....One pancake is all you'll need!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup dry oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)
    2 tsp baking powder
    pinch salt
    1 TBS cinnamon
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1 lightly beaten egg
    2 TBS applesauce

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl. Dump wet ingredients all at once in to dry ingredients. Mix just until uniform. Dump 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet for one pancake. Turn when bubbles form and edges brown. Serve hot with favorite topping.
