Pork garbage stew

Ingredients

    Pork fresh loin 1 lb. cut in cubes
    yellow sweet corn frozen 1 bag
    stewed tomatoes no salt added 2 14.5 oz. cans
    celery 2 stalks
    onions 1-2 med, cut up
    red or green pepper cut up
    garlic 4-5 cloves minced
    peas frozen 1 10 oz. box
    beans black 1 cup
    beans great northern 1 cup
    worcestershire sauce 2-3 TBS.
    chicken broth (homemade-no low salt)

Directions

boil beans 2 min according to directions on pkg. and let sit for 1 hour. Add all ingredients plus whatever spices you want and cook slowly (Low heat) for 2-21/2 hrs. stirring frequently to prevent beans from sticking to pot Makes 14 1 cup servings
Serve over brown rice (not included in nutrition count)
