Chili powder, 2 tsp
*Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 1 tsp
*McCormick California Style Minced Garlic 1 tsp., 1 serving Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (optional)
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
Beans, black, rinsed and drained 2 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, undrained 1 cup
*Mission whole wheat tortillas, 6 serving
*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
2. Spread 1/2 cup of the beef mixture on bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with 3 of the tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of the remaining beef mixture and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef mixture and cheese..
3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
