Cranberry Chicken Wraps

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
    1 cup chopped apple
    1/4 cup plus 2 tsp low fat mayonnaise
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
    1/8 tsp dried rosemary
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 whole wheat tortillas
    1/2 cup romaine lettuce (fresh spinach is also good)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the chicken, apple, 1/4 cup mayo, cranberries, feta cheese, rosemary & pepper.
Spread remaining mayo over tortillas.
Top with chicken mixture & lettuce.
Roll up & secure with toothpicks
