Wholesome Whole wheat pancakes 1 serving = 10 grams

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    4 cups Whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 TBSP baking powder
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup powdered milk

    Wet ingredients:
    4 eggs
    3 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup oil
    2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix together the dry ingredients and then add in the dry ingredients. Whisk together until smooth. The batter should be like a thick cake batter. Ladle onto a preheated, nonstick pan leaving lots of room to expand. These should be cooked on a lower setting than traditional pancakes so the center cooks through. I cook them on 4 or med low.
