Gluten free, grain free, low carb, high protein "granola"
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup dried unsweetened coconut shreds
1 egg white
1/2 dropper vanilla creme stevia
Stir in remaining ingredients to coat, bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Let cool and eat!
Serving size appx 1/4 cup.
